Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)

Term-Time Only | Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available

Happy Bears Early Years Ltd is seeking caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our warm, supportive team. We currently have one full-time position and one part-time position available, both term-time only.

We offer a nurturing, inclusive environment where children learn through play, curiosity and strong relationships. Our approach is child-led, with a focus on in-the-moment teaching and following children's interests in line with the EYFS (2025).

The role includes:

Providing high-quality care and education for children

Supporting learning, development and emotional wellbeing

Acting as a Key Person and building strong partnerships with families

Contributing to a stimulating, play-based learning environment

Working collaboratively within a reflective staff team

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or is working towards one)

Has experience in an early years setting

Is caring, reliable and passionate about supporting young children

Understands safeguarding and inclusive practice

Is willing to engage in ongoing training and professional development

An enhanced DBS check and two suitable references will be required as part of our safer recruitment process.

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 37.5 per week
