We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Practitioner to join our team. This role is crucial in providing high-quality care and support to children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, along with a background in childcare or early childhood education. You will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging atmosphere for children, ensuring their well-being and development.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive care and support to children, fostering their emotional and physical well-being.
Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education principles.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children at all times.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to care.
Manage daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods.
Supervise children's activities while encouraging positive behaviour and social skills.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate any concerns to relevant parties.
Experience
Previous experience working with children is essential; nursery experience is highly desirable.
A background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with children and parents.
