Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Childcare Worker to work alongside our existing team.
The position is 16-19.5 hours school term time and up to 36 hours during school holidays and this position is subject to a PVG check.
Duties :
Providing a safe, stimulating play environment for all Children and Young People.
Work within established guidelines of staff - child ratios at the Service and during escorting duties.
Work as part of a team and following the services policies and guidelines.
Escorting Children and Young People from School to base safely.
Supervise the Children and Young People effectively at base and during trips and outings.
Taking part in the day-to-day organizing of equipment and activities.
Administering first aid as appropriate.
Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the play equipment.
Take part in any relevant training as required.
Follow their duties and obligations and must adhere to the Health and Social Care Standards, the SSSC codes of practice, PVG Disclosure Scotland
Work flexible hours as determined by the Manager.
Any other relevant duties as discussed with the Manager.

Pay: 12.21-12.25 per hour
