Explorers is a well-established nursery group dedicated to helping children grow into strong, independent and motivated learners for life. We provide high-quality full day care, offering families peace of mind that their children are nurtured, valued and supported by a passionate and professional team.

We offer care and education for children aged 3 months to 12 years through our day nursery, preschool provision, wraparound school care and holiday clubs. Our team is friendly, supportive and committed to delivering the highest possible standards of early education.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, motivated individual to join our team, working across our preschool, baby room and community-based group sessions. This is a part-time role across our three settings, offering variety and the chance to build strong relationships with children and families.

What We're Looking For

A warm, enthusiastic practitioner with experience in early years--or a willingness to learn and grow. A minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare is preferred. A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development, particularly through outdoor experiences. Someone who is committed to meeting each child's individual needs and creating a positive, nurturing environment.
