We're on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced

Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

to join our warm and supportive team in Rownhams, Southampton. We have recently undergone refurbishment, with further plans to extend our offering. Exciting times ahead! Our current team are dedicated, fun, friendly and passionate about early years.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

At least 12 months' experience in an early years setting Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Strong communication skills and the ability to support children's individual development areas
We're seeking someone who is truly passionate about early childhood education--someone who nurtures independence, models positive behaviour and manners, and takes pride in supporting a small group of key children on their learning journey.

Hours:

30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 days

Pay:

13.31 per hour
