Project Manager
based in Hertfordshire.
We are seeking an experienced childcare professional who can oversee projects across our full wrap around childcare department that can include:
Main Duties
:
Marketing of company childcare activities to parents & children within current childcare settings to achieve company participation targets
Delivering promotional events in settings to promote childcare activities that can include parents evening's & taster sessions
Create & implement new marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Complete quality assurance visits to settings to ensure high standards are being delivered in line with company, Ofsted & Food Standards Agency requirements
Support Childcare setting's in Hertfordshire, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and motivation.
Support Operations Team with delivery in setting's where required

Work Location:
Project time from home / Premier Education Hertfordshire Office, Baldock Industrial Estate, SG7 6NG / Childcare setting's across Hertfordshire
Hours & Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday during school term time (38) + 2 weeks during school holiday's = 40 weeks worked per year
30 Hours Per Week between the hours of 09:00 - 18:00
Project time can be flexible to meet the needs of individuals & the business
Salary:
15.00 per hour x 30 hours per week x 40 weeks worked per year = 18,000 + Holiday Pay - 2172.60 / 12 months = 181.05
Total Income Per Annum = 20,172.60 / 12 = 1681.05 per month
Full Time Equivalent: 29,250 per annum

Person Specification - Essential qualities:
Experience of working with children either within a nursery or primary school environment
Competent with IT and the use of Microsoft Office
Relevant childcare Level 2 & 3 qualification or equivalent
Good communication & presentation skills
Able to work individually & as part of a team
Positive 1st impressions and mindset
Desirable qualities:
Project Management experience within the childcare industry
Experience of administration
Understanding the varied needs of children and their families
Understanding the issues involved in the delivery of quality childcare
Provide and facilitate safe and creative play
Relevant qualifications linked to the industry that can include safeguarding, paediatric 1st aid & prevent
Sufficient understanding and use of English to ensure the well-being of the children
Full Training, Induction & Ongoing CPD will be provided to the successful candidates
