Job Description

Eventus Legal are seeking a Family Solicitor with experience in Care Proceedings to join a well-established firm based in Leeds. The successful candidate will be working alongside a thriving and successful team, with progression opportunities. The role is a permanent position.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Family Solicitor will be part of a team of Family law specialists, who all handle their own caseload of varied matters. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files which could be mixed in nature, but they will specialised in care-proceedings, representing parents and children, via their Guardian.

Person specification

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives who are both Members of the Law Society's Children's Panel and an experienced Advocate, as you will be attending court on a regular basis. You will need a wide breadth of experience breadth of experience in dealing with cases that involve complex and challenging issues.
