As we continue to grow, we are looking for a

Childcare Solicitor (1+ years PQE)

to join our specialist

Care team.

Practice Area:

Childcare - Public law

The Opportunity:

You will take on a varied and interesting caseload, including:

Parent care matters Special guardianship matters Guardian matters Regular work with the Senior Solicitors Develop and support junior team members
This role offers the chance to step into or work towards a leadership position, with mentoring and progression pathways available.

What We're Looking For:

You're a motivated and compassionate solicitor, committed to upholding the rights of vulnerable individuals. You're ready to make an impact in a busy and meaningful area of law.

Key Requirements:

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1+ years of PQE in Childcare Experience handling Parent care cases Experience in children Guardian cases preferred but not a requirement Experience in private law children matters preferred Children panel membership preferred but not a requirement Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Strong drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills Familiarity with CCMS and legal aid processes (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
