Summary

We are seeking a dedicated self employed Childcare Provider to join our team on a zero hour contract at The Relief Group working

Thursdays 4pm - 6:15pm

within the Bethnel Green area. Other sessions can be available but this is the minimum requirement. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a safe and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being and development. This position is essential in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality family-focused services.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in a safe environment. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Support children's learning through educational play and structured activities. Maintain a clean and organized space to ensure safety and hygiene.

Requirements

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential.

Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of early childhood development principles is preferred. Leadership qualities to guide and support other staff members.
