Childcare Support Worker :

Duties:
- Activity based provider which support the young person to participate in attending activities such as go-karting, theme parks, ice skating and many other activities that interest the young person

- Assist and support independent living with household tasks
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Monitor and document individual progress and behaviour
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals within the social care is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals with disabilities
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
