l am recruiting an Assistant

This role is part time position with the possibility of full time hours, working a variety of shifts between the hours of

7:30am-5:30

(our regular shifts are 8:30 to 17:30)

The perfect candidate will have their

Level 3 Certificate

DBS updated system

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education for infants and toddlers in a nurturing environment.

You will play a vital role in supporting their development through engaging activities and ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare, excellent communication skills.

Duties

Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities. Manage daily routines, including feeding, napping, and playtime, while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Observe children's behaviour and development, documenting progress as required. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and independence.

Requirements

Proven experience in early childhood education is essential. level 3 in childcare experience with babies Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the learning environment for children. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
