26,748.80 - 27,040 (Based on 40 hrs per week). (SCSW)

Travel paid at your hourly rate.

children and young people (CYP) aged 11-18

, this service will focus on

therapeutic engagement

, helping CYP

re-engage with education

,

build life skills

, and

work towards personal goals

.

We are recruiting

experienced and passionate support workers

for a

unique dual-role position

, working across both our adult and CYP services.

About the Role



This is a

dual contract

role, offering full-time hours across

7 days

. You will be

dual-trained

to work with both

adults

and

children/young people

, with the opportunity to develop specialist skills in both areas.

Children & Young People (CYP) Work



Therapeutic support

to help CYP re-engage with education and build confidence Support CYP to develop social, emotional, and practical life skills Work towards individual goals in a structured, nurturing environment

Core hours

: Monday to Friday,

9am-3pm


Adult Support Work



Provide care and support to adults in their own homes Support with daily living tasks, medication, and community engagement

Shift-based work

: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends Adult support may also be required

outside of CYP hours

and during

school holidays


Dual Training & Development



This is a

unique opportunity

to be trained across both services. You will receive:

Mental Health, Autism, and Dementia

Ongoing supervision and support Access to the

Crosspath Development Programme

for career progression
We offer funded qualifications in:

Health & Social Care Levels 2-5

Mental Health and Autism Level 2

Deliver person-centred care to both CYP and adults Promote independence, emotional wellbeing, and safety Implement behaviour support strategies Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team Transport clients to appointments and activities
