The Role

As a

Support Worker

, you'll play a vital role in the daily lives of our young people -- helping them with personal care, education, social activities, and emotional wellbeing. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with a supportive team to create positive experiences and meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting children with learning disabilities and autism in their daily routines Promoting independence, confidence, and life skills Engaging children in fun, educational, and community-based activities Following individual care and behaviour support plans Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning Working in line with Ofsted and safeguarding standards

About You

We're looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a real difference.

Essential:

A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Excellent communication and teamwork skills Resilience and a positive attitude Willingness to work shifts (including sleep-ins and weekends)

Desirable:

Experience within a residential children's or learning disability setting Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete) Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding principles

Pay: 12.75-13.00 per hour
