About the Role
RobolabX is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Afterschool STEM Club Leaders. In this role, you will deliver fun, engaging, and educational STEM sessions for children aged 5-11, focusing on robotics, programming, and hands-on technology projects.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured and engaging STEM sessions (1 hour per session) to children aged 5-11.
Encourage and support pupils in building and programming robots and exploring STEM concepts.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment during sessions.
Assist in the preparation, setup, and cleanup of materials and equipment.
Support holiday camps as required.
About You
We are looking for an individual who is:
Reliable
Enthusiastic about technology, especially robotics, programming, and STEM education.
Experienced in working with children, particularly in the 5-11 age group.
Confident in delivering activities and maintaining discipline and motivation.
A responsible and reliable person who relates well to pupils and adults.
Energy and enthusiasm
Coding knowledge is not necessary - you will need to attend training sessions
Be flexible and willing to travel.
Our most important characteristics are your strong values, desire to teach, and being always responsible for ensuring children are given a safe and fun learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Requirements
A-Level or above
Experience working with children
Teaching within a UK school: 1 year (preferred)
Enhanced DBS clearance (mandatory). We will provide
A basic understanding of child development and safeguarding practices
Availability to work during term time and holiday camps.
