We are an established childcare company operating holiday camps for primary-aged children during the school holidays. Our unique programme of childcare includes a variety of activities including sports, language learning, arts & crafts and outdoor adventure. In addition to our main camp, we also offer wraparound care in the form of a Breakfast Club and an After Club. At our camps, we create a safe and nurturing atmosphere where children can learn, play and make friends.
We are looking for energetic, creative and experienced Activities Leaders to work at our
October Half Term Camp
which operates from 8.30am-3.30pm throughout the school holidays. You will ensure all children are supervised and safeguarded and will administer basic first aid where necessary. You will help contribute towards a positive and fun atmosphere where the children have fun and make friends. You will be responsible for ensuring the spaces are left clean and tidy.
Job Specification
You will be contracted from
8.00am-3.30pm
. There may be additional hours available to cover staff shortages during the day if you are interested.
You will be required to complete training in child safeguarding, the Prevent Duty and paediatric first aid.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar setting with children aged 4-12. We particularly welcome applications from childcare workers, after school club staff, and teaching assistants, or those with an interest in developing their experience in the childcare sector.
Dates and Locations
The camp will run from
27th - 31st August
at Holy Trinity Primary School in Forest Hill (
SE23 3HZ
). A minimum of 3 days availability during the week of camp is essential. We operate throughout all the school holidays so there is potential for further work at future camps.
