Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager for our Before and After School Club Childcare team. The role is term time only running 7:30-8:45 and 2:45 - 6:00,

but there is the option for just after school club

, as well as holiday camp work if you would like! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, with the ability to inspire and develop children all ages and skill levels. This role involves running fun sessions with children, and fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

Duties

Develop and implement fun engaging activities for the children Promote a supportive team environment that promotes respect, and collaboration among participants. Help organise and oversee activities Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and senior company staff regarding progress and development.

Requirements

Proven experience in working with children Strong understanding of childcare techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
