Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and mature children's birthday party host for part-time work on Sundays in Chiddingfold.

You will lead and host birthday parties along side our passionate and vibrant team of gymnasts and dancers on Sundays. The role suits a bubbly, highly mature, responsible & reliable individual with gymnastics or dance experience and consistent Sunday availability.

The right candidate will:
Enjoy working in a team; Have excellent communication skills Have a natural affinity for working with children of all ages Enjoy performance and entertaining children & adults Gymnastics, parkour, free running, acrobatics, dance or cheer experience Be able to apply your skills in a fun way to support our birthday parties Be mature, reliable and extremely responsible
To be successful, you need to be extremely responsible, mature, and reliable. You will be warm and welcoming, professional, happy to help onsite parents, delight the party child & their guests, and keep the premises in excellent clean condition upholding our high levels of service.

You will have a great affinity for children, and ability to both entertain them, communicate with children of all ages, and the ability to manage behaviour in a positive way to get the best from the children at your birthday parties.

You will also have the maturity and professionalism to be a leader on Sundays, ensure that everything runs smoothly at the birthday party from start to finish, and the ability to analyse and adjust as the need requires on the day.
