Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for children and adults during children's birthday parties. As a Party Host, you will ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and that guests feel welcomed and engaged.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the event schedule. Coordinate with team members to ensure all activities are executed as planned. Manage the setup and clean up of the party room, ensuring cleanliness and organisation. Engage with guests throughout the event to ensure their needs are met and they have an enjoyable experience. Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Have the ability to command a room of excited children and ensure a great atmosphere. Monitor supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order for the duration of the event. Must be physically fit as we expect you to be able to play in the soft play frame with the party guests

Skills

Strong time management skills to keep the party running smoothly. Excellent hospitality skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest services. Ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with guests of all ages. Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and guest needs during events. A friendly and approachable demeanour that fosters a welcoming atmosphere. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
