Job Title: Bank Children's Complex Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as a Children's Complex Care Worker

This position is to work with a 4 year old little girl to provide two nights per week on a rolling rota basis, working in the family home located in Bulwell.

At YorHealth, we provide a nurse-led complex care service for children and adults in the community, which includes 24-hour care. Our complex care assistants accompany clients to nursery, school, and hospital when required. Our clients have a range of complex health needs, and we prioritise them in all decision-making processes. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We are seeking someone who is:

Warm, friendly, and passionate about the wellbeing of young people, with a caring and patient disposition. Experienced supporting children with epilepsy is preferrable Holding an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant field is desirable. Willing to travel as required (advantageous).
