Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging dance training sessions tailored to various skill levels and styles Provide constructive feedback to help dancers improve technique, posture, and performance Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their personal best while maintaining a positive atmosphere Organise warm-up routines and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities Assist in the organisation of dance events, competitions, or showcases as required Maintain a professional demeanour and act as a positive role model for all participants

Requirements

Proven experience in coaching or dance instruction, with the ability to teach a variety of dance styles Strong organisational skills to plan effective training programmes and manage group activities Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct dancers of different ages and abilities A genuine passion for teaching and fostering confidence in others Relevant qualifications or certifications in dance or coaching are desirable but not essential Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if required
