Registered Deputy Manager
for a well-established home supporting young people with
EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)

This is a key leadership role in a supportive, stable setting, perfect for experienced seniors or team leaders ready to step up.
Role Overview
Assist the Registered Manager in the daily running of the home
Lead and develop a team of support workers
Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
Maintain excellent Ofsted outcomes
Work closely with local authorities, families, and external agencies
Step into the RM role when required
What You'll Need
Level 3 Diploma
in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Working towards or willing to complete
Level 5
Leadership & Management
At least
2 years of experience
in a senior role within children's residential care
Proven leadership ability and a passion for child development
Commitment to trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
Driving licence (preferred)
