We are on the look out for an enthusiastic coach to join our team at Kixx Chesterfield!

Kixx is all about giving boys and girls their first taste of football through lots of

fun games, challenges

and

activities

. Our coaches are well known for their

creativity

and

super engaging sessions

, meaning the usual 'dribble around a cone' style won't work! We want coaches who can

inspire

the little ones to get involved and have lots of fun whilst doing so.

Previous experience either coaching sports or working within a school / nursery setting is desirable for this role, however full training will be provided.

The successful applicant must be available to work

both

Saturday and Sunday mornings, with a weekend off scheduled in regularly. More hours will be available should the successful applicant show they are an established member of the Kixx Coaching team.

Experience

:

Sports Coaching: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging sports programs for children, focusing on skill development and teamwork. Teach fundamental sports techniques while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Monitor and assess the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback. Organize and lead engaging football sessions, games, and events. Maintain equipment and facilities, ensuring they are safe and ready for use. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
