The Role

We are looking for energetic and caring

Holiday Camp Assistants

to join us during the December school holidays. You'll help deliver exciting activity days for children aged 4-11, ensuring every child enjoys a safe, active and memorable experience.

This role is perfect for individuals who love working with children and want to be part of a lively, rewarding holiday programme.

Who This Role Is Perfect For

You'll be a great fit if you have experience working with children in:

Sports coaching environments (e.g. Power League, Little Kickers, grassroots sports clubs) School holiday camps or activity camps Primary schools Nurseries or early-years settings After-school sports clubs or breakfast clubs Playwork, youth work or community sports programmes

If you've previously led or assisted children's sports sessions, games, group activities or creative play, you'll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of sports, games, creative activities and team-building sessions Supervise and engage children throughout the camp day Create a safe, inclusive and exciting atmosphere Help senior coaches with daily routines and schedules Set up and pack down equipment and activity stations Promote positive behaviour, confidence and teamwork

Requirements

NVQ Level 2/3 OR QCF qualification in Childcare/Early Years A passion for working with children Energetic, reliable and enthusiastic Able to commit to

1-4 weeks

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Confident working within a dynamic team environment
