Now we're looking for a Setting Manager to lead the fun, inspire the team, and make sure camp runs like clockwork. If you're full of energy, love working with children, and can take charge with a smile, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading your team of activity leaders to deliver high-energy, unforgettable sessions. Being the friendly face for parents and carers - handling questions and feedback with confidence. Running the daily show: registers, safeguarding, first aid, behaviour, smooth transitions. Jumping into the action - whether it's laser tag, sports, or themed activities - and bringing maximum energy every day. Creating a safe, supportive, and exciting camp culture where every child feels included.

What We're Looking For:

You don't need to be a superhero (though it helps) - just bring:

Leadership experience in childcare, education, youth work, or camps. Energy, confidence, and organisation - you'll be leading from the front. A love for working with kids and making their holidays amazing. Over 18, with safeguarding knowledge, and happy to complete an Enhanced DBS.


(Bonus points if you've got Paediatric First Aid or childcare/playwork qualifications - but not essential.)
