The Role: A Dual Leadership Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate, experienced leader to take the reins of both our children's home and our domiciliary care service. This is a rare opportunity to shape two vital services - bringing vision, empathy, and excellence to everything you do.
As our Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager, you'll:
Lead and inspire dedicated care teams
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards
Champion safeguarding and person-centred care
Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations
Drive continuous improvement and professional development
What You'll Need
4+ years supporting young people in residential care
2+ years in a management or senior role
Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A genuine passion for empowering others and making a difference
Special Requirements
To comply with Ofsted and CQC regulations, the post holder must assume the role of Registered Manager and meet all relevant standards within an agreed timeframe.
