Male Deputy Manager - Ofsted Registered Children's Residential Home
PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY BASED IN THE UK AND MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an Ofsted-regulated children's home (including experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Manager)
Very good and clearly understandable English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Full UK driving licence
Can complete all documentation reporting, liaise effectively with social workers and run the home in the absence of manager
Child-friendly attitude with the ability to engage positively with young people
Good knowledge of behaviour management and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Additional Information:
Sponsorship opportunities will be considered after a successful 3-month review period
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
