Registered Manager: New Solo Home for Children with Learning Disabilities in Bradford (Up to 70,000 Salary + 5,000 Bonus)
Are you an
experienced Registered Manager
ready to make a big difference? We're opening abrand-new, single-bed children's home in Pudsey
for a young person withlearning disabilities (LD)
. We need a dedicated leader to set it up and run it.This is a unique chance to build a special home from the start. You'll have a lot of freedom to create a place that truly focuses on one young person's needs.
Your Role
As the
Registered Manager
, you'll be in charge of this specialist home. You'll work closely with HR and the Responsible Individual to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely from day one. You will:Lead home setup
in Pudsey.Create and manage care plans
tailored to the young person's needs.Build and lead the expert team
providing specialist support.Manage operations and budget
effectively.Coordinate holistic support
with family and other professionals.Ensure OFSTED compliance
and maintain high standards of care.What You Need
Experience:
ProvenDeputy or Registered Manager experience
in children's residential settings.Qualification:
ALevel 5 in Leadership and Management
.Driving:
Avalid UK Driving Licence
is a must.Your Rewards
