, we are beyond excited to announce the opening of our
Third residential home
-- and we want YOU to be part of this incredible journey! This isn't just a job; it's a chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people, helping them build confidence, realize their potential, and develop the skills they need to succeed in life.
Our director is not just only a leader; they are passionate, hands-on individuals deeply committed to the wellbeing and success of every child in our care. With heart and soul, they ensure that each child is supported, loved, and equipped with the tools to flourish. Together, we will create a nurturing home where everyone feels safe, valued, and heard.
And it doesn't stop there. You'll have 1-to-1 support from an experienced Responsible Individual (RI), who will guide you every step of the way, sharing their expertise and offering mentorship to ensure you feel confident and supported in your role.
We are looking for a driven leader to take full autonomy of our
third residential home.
You'll collaborate closely with both the Directors and the RI, and there is a clear, direct pathway for progression and growth within our organisation, so your future here is as bright as the future we're building for the children we care for.
If you have a heart for making a real difference and are excited to be part of a team driven by purpose and compassion, we want to hear from you. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our home and the lives of the young people we care for.
Let's work together to create a place where dreams are nurtured, futures are bright, and every child knows they are worthy of a life filled with endless possibilities. Ready to join us on this life-changing journey? We can't wait to meet you!
