The Role

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and operational success of the home. You will set the standard, lead with integrity, and ensure the highest quality of care for every child.

You will:

Lead and manage the home in line with Ofsted regulations and best practice Create a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where children feel safe and supported Recruit, develop, and inspire a dedicated care team Ensure high-quality, individualised care planning and positive outcomes Build strong relationships with children, families, social workers, and external professionals Oversee safeguarding, compliance, quality assurance, and inspections Manage budgets and ensure the home operates efficiently and sustainably
About You

We are looking for a confident, compassionate leader who:

Has proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting Has strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and regulations Leads with passion, empathy, and professionalism Can inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Is driven by a genuine desire to improve the lives of children in care
