What you'll be doing
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home.
Leading and motivating your staff team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Quality Standards.
Working with professionals, families and the wider community to achieve the best outcomes for children.
What we're looking for
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or close to completing).
At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory/management role in a children's residential setting.
Strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to child-centred practice.
A resilient, inspiring leader who can create a positive team culture.
