Runcorn

. You'll step into an

OFSTED Registered Manager

role within an existing,

'GOOD' rated, 4-bedded residential care home

, dedicated to supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

What You'll Do

As the Children's Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring a nurturing and effective environment. This includes:

Overseeing daily operations

of our 4-bedded residential care home. Providing

exceptional leadership

to a settled and dedicated staff team, fostering their development and ensuring high standards of care. Working closely with HR to assist with

recruitment and staff management

. Collaborating with the Registered Individual (RI) to ensure the service remains

fully compliant with OFSTED regulations

and consistently achieves positive outcomes for the children and young people in our care.

Effectively managing budgets

to ensure the efficient operation of the home.

What You'll Bring

OFSTED Management Experience:

Proven experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager.

NVQ Level 5:

Hold an

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

Driving Licence:

A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
