About the Role:

We are recruiting for a well established Care Provider who are opening a brand new home in Stoke on Trent, ST1. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead a service that will offer safe, nurturing, and supportive care to children who need it most.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards Develop and embed a strong safeguarding culture Support and develop a committed staff team Ensure children receive high-quality, individualised care and support during short-term or crisis placements

What We're Looking For:

Level 5 Diploma

in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 Significant experience working with Children with profound and multiple learning disabilities Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills Passionate about delivering therapeutic, child-centred care
