Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children's Home Registered Manager on behalf of its client, located in Swindon.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will assess the needs of children with complex backgrounds, develop and implement personalised care plans, and provide emotional and practical support to promote their wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with professionals across health, education, and legal services to ensure safeguarding and positive outcomes. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to legal standards are essential, including compliance with the British Association of Social Workers (BASW). You will advocate for children's rights, facilitate access to essential services, and foster a nurturing environment that supports their development and resilience.

What They're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• A Full UK Driving Licence
