We recruiting a male qualified/or unqualified Residential Support Workers, to balance the Team gender within our new children's home, situated in Wolverhampton.

Salary 12.50/14 an hour

Our home is a solo home for one young person, aged 8 to 18 years old, operates 24hrs, 2:1 staffing, ratio for young people with emotional, complex and behavioural needs. The home offers a warm, 'trauma-informed' nurturing and therapeutic environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

Preferably, you will have the QCF Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and young people's workforce, experience in the children's or adults services sector, or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.

If you do not have a QCFLevel 3 Diploma qualification, then we will enrol you on to this qualification and offer you plenty of training in order to ensure you have the guidance and attributes to professionally flourish with us.

Driving Licence (preferred).
