The Role



As a Support Worker, you will be a vital part of a young person's journey, helping to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting with daily routines, activities, and personal development. Building positive and trusting relationships with the young people in our homes. Ensuring their health, safety, and well-being are a top priority. Working alongside a dedicated team to create a supportive atmosphere.

What We're Looking For



We are seeking full-time, flexible individuals who are committed to making a difference.

Experience:

Experience working with children is preferred, and experience in a children's home or supported living setting is a plus.

Qualifications:

An NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is desirable, and a GCSE or equivalent qualification is required.

Availability:

You should be able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings (7 AM - 2 PM), afternoons (2 PM - 9 PM), and nights (9 PM - 7 AM).
