Key Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily living tasks, encouraging independence and self-care Implement personalised care plans tailored to each person's goals and needs Provide emotional support and positive encouragement Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure cohesive support Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities when required Maintain accurate records of care and individual progress Use basic IT skills for documentation and communication Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or in a childcare setting is highly desirable Strong understanding of care plans and ability to follow them effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills A valid driving licence is preferred for transport duties Proficiency in IT applications is an advantage A kind, compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support others
