About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated

Deputy Nursery Manager

to join our friendly and professional team in Dudley. Working closely with the Nursery Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the nursery. Lead and motivate staff, ensuring high standards of care and education. Maintain compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements. Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community. Deliver and monitor an engaging EYFS curriculum that meets the needs of all children.

About You:

Minimum Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent). Previous supervisory or management experience in an early years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A genuine passion for early years education.
