We're advertising an exciting opportunity for a B7 Children's OT and Physio Team Leader. This role will give you the chance to support service development and develop a range of people and service management skills, supported by senior management. Main duties of the job

• Provide clear professional leadership, governance and operational management to the team.
• Demonstrate compassionate leadership and empathy to support the teams and the families of the children we work with.
• Utilise well-developed time management and prioritisation skills.
• Apply creativity and problem-solving to manage a range of issues.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide management supervision to senior members of the teams.
• Maintain high standards within the teams to enable the provision of safe and effective care.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues.
