What You'll Do
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities include:
Fostering a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for children and young people.
Working closely with children to encourage positive growth, independence, and confidence.
Supporting day-to-day routines, including life skills, education, recreational activities, and personal care.
Ensuring children's voices are heard and respected, keeping their best interests at the heart of all care.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and multi-agency professionals to deliver person-centred, therapeutic care.
