Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to children and young people, fostering a nurturing environment. Understands what is emotional resilience and why this is relevant to working with 'hard to place' children Engage in training and development to better understand children's needs an ability to communicate well (verbally, non verbally and in written format) Contribute to team work and collaboration at all times Demonstrate Forte Care's values Understand the importance of integrity and why this is relevant to the role Understand that all children and young people are unique, individuals Understand the impact of abuse and neglect on a child's development Commit to keeping children and young people safe

Qualifications

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, colleagues, and professionals Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driving license is essential. IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
