Residential Support Worker Opportunity

Lifebridge Group is excited to offer an opportunity for passionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a brand new 2-bed children's residential home, supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma.

This is a unique chance to be part of an inspiring new project from the very beginning. You will work closely alongside our experienced, dedicated, and passionate Registered Manager, helping to build a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children and young people can heal, grow, and thrive.

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will:

Provide high-quality, child-centred care to children and young people from traumatic backgrounds Support emotional, social, and behavioural development in a safe residential setting Build trusting, consistent relationships that promote stability and positive outcomes Work collaboratively as part of a committed team to shape the culture and ethos of the home Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures to the highest standard

About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

Extremely passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people Caring, resilient, and emotionally intelligent Motivated to deliver outstanding care and make a real difference Keen to grow and develop within a supportive organisation Experienced in residential childcare (preferred, but not essential for the right candidate)
