35 hours per week (on average)

12.21 per hour (22,222.20 per year based on 35 hours per week)

We have permanent positions available for passionate and caring Residential Support Workers to join our home in the Derby area.

What you'll be doing

As a Residential Support Worker, every day is different - but every day, you'll be making a difference.

Building positive relationships with children and supporting them with their day-to-day needs. Assisting with both physical and emotional care, ensuring children feel safe and respected. Helping children with reduced mobility, ensuring equipment is used safely. Supporting children to achieve their goals and thrive in a nurturing environment.

What we're looking for

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

At least

6 months' experience

in a Learning Disability or Mental Health setting (with children, young adults or adults).

A caring and compassionate attitude.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

A willingness to learn and grow with us.
