Salary:

29,000+ per annum (overtime available and benefits)

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young people's lives? We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide compassionate care and support to children and adolescents in our residential homes.

Your Role:



As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will:

Offer emotional and social support to young people, fostering meaningful relationships and encouraging community involvement. Assist with daily household tasks, involving the children where appropriate and help plan and prepare nutritious meals. Promote the safety and well-being of the children, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment. Encourage the development of individual interests and hobbies among young people. Adopt our value of "Lifelong Learning" and engage in ongoing training with opportunities to achieve an industry recognised childcare qualification. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalised care plans.

Note: Prior experience caring for vulnerable children in a chidrens home setting is advantageous but not mandatory. All successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
