Residential Therapeutic Senior Support Worker - Team Leader

Requirements:



Recent experience working either as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader in Children's Residential Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification Understanding of issues relating to EBD and knowledge of relevant legislation Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and make informed decisions A genuine passion for supporting and guiding children Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities:



Maintain and promote high standards of care and support for children with EBD Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation Collaborate with external agencies to provide the best possible care for children

Up to 33,280 per annum. additional sleeps paid separately at 55 per sleep, up to 8 sleeps per month.
