Full-time / Part-time / Permanent

About Us



We currently operate two homes - Hawking House a 3 bedroom EBD home and Nightingale House. We are looking for experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic Care Practitioners to work with us to build a successful, able, and supportive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our homes, build a dedicated and supportive team, and work towards achieving Outstanding outcomes for our young people.

You'll be working alongside an

experienced Registered Manager and Deputy Manager

, both with proven track records of achieving Outstanding ratings with Ofsted.

Our large homes provides

residential placements for up to three children

, aged

8 to 18 years

, within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

What We're Looking For



The most important quality we're looking for is that

you genuinely enjoy spending time with and supporting children

.

You'll also bring:

Great communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude A caring and resilient nature Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins as part of a rota A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care (or the willingness to work towards one) A full UK driving licence

Requirements:



Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (or willingness to achieve) Minimum 1 year of childcare experience Certificate of Higher Education (preferred) Full UK driving licence

Pay: 24,420.00-39,472.21 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
