Be a name, not a number. Grow with us. Make a difference from the very start.
Do you have the passion, resilience, and heart to change a child's life? Do you believe that every young person deserves to be seen for who they can become, not defined by what they've been through?
If so, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
About Us
We're a new and growing company, built by an experienced senior leadership team with over 50 years' combined experience in children's residential care. We already have two homes established and more on the way - which means this is a real opportunity to join from the beginning, help shape our future, and grow as we grow.
At our core, we believe in investing in our people. When you invest in us, we invest in you. Your opinions matter, your voice will be heard, and your contribution will truly make a difference.
About the Role
As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of everything we do - providing safety, stability, and opportunity for children and young people who have faced challenges that no child should.
Every day is different. One moment you might be helping with homework or planning an activity, and the next you'll be offering a listening ear or a steady presence through difficult times. You won't just be "doing a job" - you'll be changing lives.
This isn't a 9-5 role, it's real, human, and sometimes unpredictable. But you'll never be on your own. With high-quality supervision, regular team meetings, and the backing of a supportive management team, you'll always have guidance, structure, and care for your own wellbeing too.
Our rolling rota pattern offers stability and predictability, giving you time to plan and balance life outside work.
What You'll Need

A willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) if not already held

Flexibility to work shifts (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)
A full UK driving licence is highly desirable
Desirable:
Experience working with children or young people (professionally or through volunteering)
Knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed care, or behaviour support
