At Heal Care Group, our mission is to raise the bar for children in care. We run therapeutic, high-quality homes built on safety, stability, and healing. Everything we do is designed to set the gold standard and give children the strongest possible chance to thrive.
Local authorities trust our service because of our consistency, strong communication, and child-first approach. Our four core values - Humility, Empathy, Aspirational Care, and Love What You Do - guide everything we do.
As a Residential Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, warm, and nurturing home where children can begin to heal and build a positive future.
