We provide extensive support, training and access to qualifications to help you grow and develop in your career and you will receive a salary of between 30,700 and 33,500 per annum. Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker

Senior qualified staff members have a great career path into management if desired including a full development plan that includes all the training and support for a fulfilling career

You will be required to work shifts; 2 days on, 3 days off including sleeping in the home between shifts. The age of the children in our home ranges from 7-17. In addition to the competitive salary, you will get a number of benefits:

We provide comprehensive training for all new staff and as an unqualified staff member you will be required to complete an appropriate level 3 diploma within your first two years of employment or if you are already qualified and wish to move to the next stage then we provide the necessary training and qualifications to become the next managers

21 years or older. In addition, successful applicants will also be required to hold an enhanced DBS check
