The Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you'll:

Support children aged 8-17 with emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) or LD Lead by example and support a team of residential staff Ensure children receive consistent, high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards Take on key working responsibilities, safeguarding, and care planning Work a mix of long days, sleep-ins and weekend shifts

What We're Looking For

Experience

working in a children's residential setting (at least 12 months) Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards it) Confident leadership skills and emotional resilience A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
