The Cyfle Service is seeking an Administrator to join the team of practitioners who will be supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of children and families, as well as Children and families with Additional learning needs in Denbighshire: this role will cover two Services.
The role will involve the following (for more details see full Job description and person specifications):
General office support, enabling our frontline project workers to focus on their direct work with children and young people.
Management of service user files.
Raising of invoices via Barnardo's finance system.
Oversight of the service health and safety, including fire alarm and emergency lighting checks, with clear documentation.
You will need a good eye for detail and a willingness to work flexibly with your colleagues.
